Intro2ETS is a 4, 5 or 6-week coached triathlon development programme designed for beginner and intermediate athletes looking to experience the ETS training structure, coaching and community.
The programme includes structured TrainingPeaks training, up to five coached group sessions per week and support from the ETS coaching team, with all programme options building towards the Dubai T100 weekend.
